Dr. Dana Lewis
Dr. Lewis grew up in New York, but moved to North Carolina to complete her undergraduate and graduate studies. Dr. Lewis earned her Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Guilford College, in Greensboro. She later went to North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine and was awarded her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1997.
Dr. Lewis previously practiced medicine at Green Level Animal Hospital (West Cary Animal Hospital) in Cary until 2005, and at Robinson Animal Hospital in Clayton until 2008. Dr. Lewis enjoys the challenges of dermatology, endocrinology, and behavioral issues. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the North Carolina Veterinary Medical Association, and the Florida Veterinary Medical Association.
Dr. Lewis is married to her high school sweetheart, Russell, and they have a son, Carter. Currently, the Lewis family shares their home with two dogs, four cats, and a guinea pig. Dr. Lewis and her family enjoy boating and camping, and she spends a lot of time reading and playing with her pets. She is also an active member of the Bridge Community Church in Morrisville.
