Hospital Manager
Hospital manager Anne Verhey has 10 years experience in the animal-care field. A certified veterinary technician, Anne joined the Leesville Animal Hospital staff in February 2007. She enjoys working with the caring staff at the hospital and likes to meet new clients and their pets.
Originally from St. Paul, MN, Anne has worked "all over" as a veterinary technician. She attended Colorado State University, where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science in 1996, and went on to attend the Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology and was awarded her veterinary technician certification in 1997.
Anne enjoys the companionship of her two dogs, Bailey and Jasmine, and in her spare time, she likes playing golf and tennis, cooking and entertaining.
Veterinary Technicians
Veterinary technician Jennifer Jordan has been working with animals ever since she was a child on her parents' horse farm. Jennifer has been a member of the Leesville Animal Hospital staff since 1996. A native of Massillon, Ohio, she began working as a veterinary technician in 1992 and has been employed at veterinary hospitals in Ohio, Georgia and Hawaii.
Jennifer lives with a variety of pets including three dogs—Kayla, a mixed breed; JR, a mixed breed; and Tucker, a Doberman. Included in her menagerie are Homer, a turtle; Hershey, a pony and Patty, a goat. She enjoys spending time with her husband Nick and son, Logan, swimming and gymnastics.
Jennifer received her medical assistant certificate from Perry High School Vocational School in Ohio.
